That should be plenty, the 5600X is only 65W TDP and Nvidia recommend a 650W PSU for a 3070 taking into account total system power. If you ever plan to use a 5900X then a 750W would be better.
Well, 650w is suggested for the 3070 and not the 3070ti. and PSUs rarely use 100% of it's power. But it's still good to go with what is suggested.

Ryzen 5 5600X has peak power consumption of around 145-150 W and RTX 3060 consumes around 245 W and your other peripherals like keyboard & mouse will consume around 15–20W with RGB.
