6 hours and @GetSpectrum still can not locate the outage that has 100% of 6 roads with no service. They say in 48 hours they will come out. @ATT please bring fiber to Stanley, NC. @Ask_Spectrum sucks.

@SpecNews1CLT @GetSpectrum has some piss poor customer service… to bad they buy lawyers and judges like all monopolies do. They need to be sued for causing the people that depend on their ****** service money. Never had any issues with @ATT fiber.

@GetSpectrum #chartersucks How I can reach a customer service executive . I’ve waited over 5 weeks for Job number 957531. Called five times keep get the same story. Never needed much in the 15 years of service but when I do I see how horrible your service is.

@Ask_Spectrum day 5 of no internet due to one of your techs disconnecting me to install a neighbor. Promised it would be fixed Monday - it wasn’t. Never got a call back from the manager who promised an ETA. I work from home. Is this how you always treat customers?

@GetSpectrum fix your ****. Everyday there’s outages. Literally if there was any other internet providers by me you would be cancelled so fast.

@Ask_Spectrum @KerKilbourne Mine was out too. Called the usual number to see if area wide. Instead of info, got a high-pressure salesperson pumping warranties on "all equipment".Damn it. I had work to do. Did not want a warranty. Just wanted info. She refused. Said she did not know a phone no to get info.
