We have two payout modes for withdrawing funds from the trading account. The withdrawn amount will be credited to yourprimary bank account.
- If you’re using the updated version of the Upstox app, read this.
- If you’re using an older version of the Upstox app, read this.
You may withdraw the funds from either of the following modes without paying any charges.
- Instant withdrawal
- Standard withdrawal
- IMPS mode must be active in your bank account.
- The used margin shows you the total amount that you have utilized against any open or closed positions, which need to be zero.
- Positions that are still open and not squared off should be exited before placing an instant withdrawal request.
Instant withdrawal timings -

| Monday - Friday | 10 am to 6 pm | Within 15 minutes on the same day (only via IMPS) |
| Monday - Friday | Before 10 am and after 6 pm | Payout will work as Standard withdrawal timings |
- Standard withdrawal requests can be initiated anytime.
- The funds will be credited to the primary bank account by 3:00 pm on working days.
- Standard withdrawalcan be modified or deleted until the request is processed.

Note:In case you have not received the funds within the mentioned payout TAT, please wait till EOD.

Instant withdrawalflow
Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or Biometrics.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Account’ tab.
Step 3:Click on ‘Withdraw funds’
Step 4: Enter the amount as per the 'Withdrawable funds' and then click on 'Continue'.
Step 5: Click on ‘Confirm Withdrawal’.
Step 6: You can check the expected payout date and time.
Step 1:Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit Pin or Biometric.
Step 2:Click on the ‘Account’ tab
Step 3:Click on ‘Withdraw funds’
Step 4:Enter the amount as per the ‘Available toWithdraw’
Step 5:Click on ‘Confirm withdrawal’
Step 6: You can check the expected Payout date and time.
That's it. Your request for withdrawing funds is placed.

Step 3:Click on ‘Withdraw’ as per the trading account
Step 4:Enter the amount as per the ‘Available toWithdraw’
