    Took myhusband here toget covid testing. Itcame back positive but they said hehad appendicitis also. (He didn't have appendicitis.) Iwent tocall tosee why they never prescribed him the covid pills that lesson the symptoms, Iwas informed rudly that Ihave tocall the live number, even the front desk lady had noidea what iteven was because she “had ahard time remembering it”. Ihad noidea, they didn't let him know the number orme know the number and Ieven spoke tothem inperson. (This iswhy Ialways gotoSt.Vincent.) Iwas also spoken torudly bythe front desk lady and asked why Ibasically couldn't take him togo get testing and she acted like Iwas complaining just tocomplain and itmade mefeel like abad wife and she made ita huge deal and was like “well iguess wecould have called anambulanceif itwas that big adeal.” Girl, youre the one making thatway.. Ihave covidtoo, ittakes alot out ofyou and Icould hardly drive asitis. Sowe are both sick, trying todeal with covid and having rude front desk and horrible drs didn't help. The drthat seen myhusband was HORRIBLE. She never listened tohim and she pushed down onhis stomach sohard and when hetold her tostop, she didn't listen and she was rude tohim and had asmart mouth. After her gouging his stomach and him ineven more pain, thats when she decided hehas appendicitis. Iwill NEVER goback tothis horse doctor orit's messed upfacility. Iwouldn't take mycat here even ifI could. This isunacceptable. Extremely unacceptable. I'm very disappointed indeaconess.– show

      The people were very rude and had zero concern for patients. The nurse practitioner was nice, soI want tomake that clear. They need better staff. They did not allow myhusband tohave mego back with him ashis advocate when itis onhis files that hehas trouble remembering things they say tohim. She rudely told meshe would write itdown, then closed the door, which she didn’t write anything down inthe end either. Hecame out confused asto what they told him todo. Iam sofrustrated about this. Itmeans his safety and health and they don’t care. Itold the lady atthe window that there were some circ*mstances that made itmandatory that apatient has his orher advocate togo back with them. The fact she would write things down was not the point, sometimes they need tohave someone answer questions for them orrelay information tothe doctor. This was sowrong onall counts. When Iasked for aphone number tocomplain, the lady told meshe didn’t work there much and didn’t know anumber. Inthe end she finally magically found anumber for meto call. Needless tosay, Iam outraged with this clinic and will never beback.– show

        Workers are trash literally the rudest uncaring staffing I've met I've been toalot ofdoctors offices before but this isby far the laziest. Waited over anhour for mysecond dose ofthe Pfizer vaccine would never recommend using this offices unless you don't value your time because they definitely don't

          Stopped into make sure Ididn't have abalance onmy account, the staff was very nice considering everything that ishappening, Iforgot mymask andDr. Tucker personally brought mea mask towear soI'd besafe while they checked myaccount. I'm coming back inthe future:-)

            I had set anonline appointment and they got meback quickly the clerical/nursing staff were very nice. LindaS. Tucker, NPcame into assess meand listened tomy concerns and was very eager toget out ofthe room. Ifelt like her answers were very condescending. When Ijust wanted reassurance. Iwouldn’t normally have came infor abad cold, but Ihad funeral arrangements toattend tofor myniece soI wanted tobe seen. Iwas very disappointed. Especially asa long time Deaconess employee.I was the only car and patient there when Igot there. Ihave tosay she isthe most uncompassionate NPI have ever been incontact with and I’ve worked with many Deaconess NP’s. You shouldn’t leave crying. Patients deserve better.– show

                I have visited this clinic express afew timesnow. Wewalkedin, seen, and out quickly! Myquestions were answered aswell asmy feedback received! Ilove the convenience ofhow close they are tomy house well! Very pleasant experiences!

                    Checked inonline. Showed up10minutes early. Still waited over 30minutes toget aroom and another 20to see the doctor. Was not crowded. Will not beback.
