Quick Meals, Soup 18

It’s getting to be that time of year that calls for cozy sweaters and big bowls of warm soup. I just made my first pot last week and it was oh so comforting. I forgot how easy soup is to throw together too. And when you can squeeze in a ton of healthy vegetables, it just doesn’t get much better.

With that in mind, I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite soup recipes along with a few that I really want to try. They’re all loaded with veggies and easy enough to prepare on a busy weeknight. Hopefully you can find something to help keep you warm when the cool weather starts to roll in!
